Born and raised in a small Arkansas town, I have a big heart. I have been writing music since I was a little girl, and now I am trying to "make it" as an Artist living in Nashville. I've had three songs chart on US Country Radio (www.newmusicweekly.com) with airplay in Major Radio Markets including Houston, LA, St. Louis, Cincinnati, Rochester New York, etc. And, I have had four Top 20 songs in Europe. Two European record labels, including Universal Records-France, are licensing my music in 2008 to go across Europe, and I'm hoping the industry in Nashville follows suit, as I have a tremendous and growing fan base in Nashville and the US as well. While I do write most of my own songs, I also sing other songs that are well written, and I co-write. I have won numerous songwriting competitions, including having two songs that placed in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, two songs that placed in the Nashville Songwriter's Association contest, and have placed in others including the UK Songwriting Competition. While I'm happy Europe has taken so well to music, I'm hoping it won't be too long before something big happens in the US as well! Unsigned and Unrepresented so far, I'm proud of what I've accomplished on my own. It has taken lots and lots of hard work.
